The actual product came just as advertised. It is a very nice decorative piece. The mounting was straightforward, though I did not receive a manual on exactly how to do it. You will need a drill, and probably two people would be best for the job. The power chord is about 6 feet or so, so I would also recommend an extension cable if there is need. The remote that changes the brightness and light temperature does not come with batteries, but it takes two AAA. Once you put in the batteries and plug the light in, you just hold the “setup” button on the remote and hold it up to the light and it should synchronize pretty quickly.
All in all, I think it deserves a 5 star rating! But hopefully the next person will get an installation manual with their product, else it could be found on the Ozarke website.
